Draft for review. Items in [brackets] need the operator's details, and these terms need legal review before Nestday is offered to the public.
Effective date: [DATE]. These terms are between you and [OPERATOR NAME AND ADDRESS] ("we").
Using Nestday
Nestday is a shared planner for households: calendars, chores, rewards, lists, meals and wall displays. You need a Google account to sign in. You're responsible for what you and the people you invite add to your household.
[MINIMUM AGE AND PARENTAL CONSENT REQUIREMENTS.]
Your household and your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You let us store and process it only to run Nestday for you and your household, as described in the Privacy Policy. Owners and admins decide who belongs to a household, what each role can do and what wall displays show.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nestday to break the law, to harm or harass others, to access a household you weren't invited to, to interfere with the service or its security, or to store content you don't have the right to share.
Connected services
Calendar links and Google Calendar connections are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their calendars refresh on a schedule, not instantly, and we can't guarantee they're available or accurate.
Price
The core household planning features are free. [STATE ANY PAID FEATURES OR CONFIRM THERE ARE NONE.]
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nestday available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and may change, pause or have interruptions. Keep your own copy of anything important; owners can export household data at any time. [LEGAL REVIEW: WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WORDING FOR YOUR JURISDICTION.]
Ending use
You can delete your account or household at any time from Settings. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. [NOTICE AND APPEAL PROCESS.]
Governing law
[GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE.]
